So far it has passed quality management system authentications of like ISO9001, GJB/Z9001, QS9000, etc., and passed TUV Rheinland ISO/TS16949 authentication in 2006, passed ISO/IEC17025 national-level laboratory authentication in 2009, it has thorough quality assurance ability of all processes from product developing and manufacturing to sales and services.
At the same time of improving quality management system, Yubei takes more attention to improve product quality assurance ability through increasing the level of facility capacities. Currently the company has 72 pcs of precise inspecting/measuring equipments including trilinear coordinates measuring instrument, material spectrum analyzer, profile projector, gear measuring instrument, etc., which can meet all types of test requirements such as performance and reliability of the steering gear. The in-line inspection equipments are also all in readiness while most of which adopt error-proof technology to prevent the generation and outflow of falure parts.
On the basis of improving the facility condtion, Yubei company actively utilizes advanced quality control tools and methods at work, such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, FEA, centralized management, overall engineering reconditioning, etc., to ensure the products, process development and product quality during mass production phase.
A high quality talent team is the basis to complete each work. The company highly value quality personnels' educational training work. Ever from 2006, we have selected and dispatched several batches of personnels to accept 6 sigma green/black belt training and obtain the certificates, up to now there are altogether 24 personnels pass the natioanl quality engineering occupation qualification exams, and 54 quality personnels obtain master degree of quality engineering.
